As you know, Santa Clara County is one of six Bay Area counties that have been ordered to shelter in place, except for essential needs, running until April 7.
The health and safety of our community is most important to us, and Pine Cone Lumber will remain open because we qualify as an “essential business”. We fall in the hardware category and will remain open to assist our customers as they continue to provide their professional services to the public.
To minimize the potential for transmission of the Coronavirus, it is recommended that you either call, fax, or email your orders in. Our staff will then prepare your order, having it ready for loading when you arrive.
We are allowing our employees who live with family members who can’t afford to be exposed to the Coronavirus, time off so they can minimize this risk. For that reason, our staffing level will be somewhat reduced, and it may take a bit longer to prepare your order.
We wish you and your families a safe and healthy time as we all do the best we can to minimize the impact of this situation.
